Rene married Frank Henry Ernest (Ernie) Brandt and after many moves settled in Brisbane. Rene & Ernie had six children.

Marie
Marie married Kenneth Ross. They lived in Brisbane and had one daughter. Marie was a talented seamstress.
Ronnie
Ronnie began her nursing career in Eidsvold, gained her nursing & maternity certificates at Maryborough Base Hospital, relocated to Monto Hospital and then went on to become Nursing Sister at Princess Alexandra Hospital, Brisbane
Peter
Peter served in the Australian Military Forces in WWII. In 1944 he was shipped off to Bougainville to serve in the army's front line.
He married Crissie May Jose Arnall. They lived on the Tellebang farm in their home "Dellmere" until the farm was sold in 1973. They moved to Monto and then settled in Brisbane. They had three sons.
Elsie
Elsie aged abt 16 yrs
Elsie's partner was Clement Eric Morton Raetz. After a few years in western Qld, they settled in Brisbane. They had three daughters.

Abt 1944 Norma married John Thomas and lived the rest of her life in Texas, USA. They had three children. She later married John Reese

​Eva in her nursing days - Eva married Mervyn George Persal. They lived in Monto and had three children.

Colin
Colin with his eldest sister, Rene.
Colin married Laurel Jane Jamieson. They lived on the farm before moving into Monto where Colin was a carpenter. They had four children.
